Blue Leadership Journey. Regional Cooperation for Healthy Oceans and People in the East Pacific
The Blue Five project is calling for applications for the Blue Leadership Journey, a cutting-edge training program for marine environmental change agents.
The Blue Leadership Journey has been developed by the Blue Solutions Initiative. Training workshops have been held in Europe and Africa with participants from all around the world.
The Journey is now being tailored to the East Pacific Region by the Blue Five project and a training workshop will take place in March 2025.
The Save the Blue Five Project in cooperation with the Charles Darwin Foundation and the Galapagos National Park is delighted to invite you to apply for a 6-day in-person Training Workshop “Blue Leadership for Regional Cooperation & Ocean Sustainability” from 5 to 10 March 2025 in the Galapagos Islands. Your application will be accepted until 22nd of December 2024.

The training includes:
- Virtual preliminary meetings to get to know each other and identifying your specific needs and learning objectives (90 min. in February 2025)
- Six consecutive training days from 5 to 10 March 2025 (All related expenses, including airfare, will be fully covered by the project during the training)
- Joint online session for peer-to-peer learning, conclusion and reflection 4-6 weeks after the workshop
